Our menu is inspired by Irish and English pub favorites, like beef stew, Irish chicken currey, shepherds pie, and fish and chips. You’ll also find salads, wings, burgers and wraps, and plenty of bar snacks and starters to choose from. We’ve got the classic standbys, like spinach and artichoke dip and your huge pretzels, but you can also find plenty of unique dishes. Our Irish nachos are a favorite with the “irregulars!”

We’re named after the group of street kids who helped Sherlock Holmes dig up clues in the famous novels and stories. Our bar was featured in a classic 80’s film called Cocktail, starring Tom Cruise in the early days of his career. In fact, that film helped to launch his acting career to new heights. The directors needed a classic, nostalgic NYC bar setting where Tom Cruise could mix drinks in style–and we provided it!
